Basic equipment includes hand wraps, boxing gloves, and appropriate workout attire. For sparring or advanced training, additional gear like mouthguards or headgear may be required. Don’t have equipment? We can guide you on what to purchase or provide loaner equipment for beginners.

Are kids allowed in the gym?

Absolutely! We have a dedicated kids’ program called "After School" for ages 5-10+, tailored to their age and skill levels. It’s a fun, safe way for kids to learn boxing and build confidence.

Do you offer group classes?

Yes, we offer a variety of group classes, including Strength & Conditioning, sparring, and co-ed boxing sessions. Check our Class Schedule for more details.

Can I just use the gym without coaching?

Yes, we have day pass and membership options for gym-only access to our equipment, heavy bags, and workout spaces. Available for 18+ only, minors must be accompanied by a parent for gym-only access.

Is sparring mandatory?

No, get fit without getting hit. Sparring is completely optional and designed for those who wish to advance their skills or prepare for competition. Safety and proper technique are always prioritized.
